spiritualx10 is not a startup. It is not a content site. It is a small, careful publisher whose only purpose is to present a single sixteenth-century poem — the Rāmcaritamānas of Gosvāmī Tulsīdās — in a way that is easy to read, easy to return to, and easy to keep for a lifetime.

The website you are reading is one half of that project. The SitaRam iOS app is the other half.

The mission

To preserve and present the Rāmcaritamānas with the seriousness it deserves.

The original Devanāgarī of the poem is unambiguously in the public domain. It has been printed and reprinted, but rarely presented with the design care it earned. Our small ambition is to offer a permanent digital edition worthy of being read slowly — with faithful transliteration, original English and Hindi renderings, and short editorial notes on context.

Editorial philosophy

Three principles govern everything we publish:

  • The original text stays at the centre. Devanāgarī is always given first, always larger, and never edited.
  • Interpretation stays optional and beside. Editorial notes are clearly marked and never displace the text.
  • The reading experience matters as much as the reading matter. No advertisements. No trackers. No distractions. The design is deliberate about calm.

Original translations

Every English and Hindi rendering on this site is written by the spiritualx10 editorial team, in our own words, from the Devanāgarī. We do not reproduce the wording of any published translation — not the Gita Press editions, not Growse, not Ralph Griffith, not Prasad, not any modern popular rendering. This is both a legal choice (many published translations remain in copyright) and an editorial one (fresh translations are the only way to keep the presentation honest).

The SitaRam app
