Acceptable use
You may read, study, bookmark, and share individual verses of the Rāmcaritamānas as they appear on this site, with attribution back to spiritualx10.com.
You may not:
- Scrape or systematically copy the site for redistribution as your own work
- Republish our English or Hindi translations without written permission
- Use the Service to harass, defame, or violate any law
- Attempt to interfere with the security or integrity of the Service
Intellectual property
The Devanāgarī original of the Rāmcaritamānas of Gosvāmī Tulsīdās is unambiguously in the public domain.
All English and Hindi renderings, editorial notes, the site design, typography, code, and the SitaRam app interface are © spiritualx10 and are protected by copyright and design rights. Personal, non-commercial reading and study is welcomed and expected. Commercial reuse requires written permission.
The name “spiritualx10”, the wordmark, and the lotus mark are our trademarks.
User responsibilities
- You are responsible for keeping your Apple ID and any linked credentials secure
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit to us (for example through the contact form)
- You are responsible for backing up your own device; we make reasonable effort to sync your practice data through iCloud but cannot guarantee against data loss on your device

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make every reasonable effort to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects.
Translations are original renderings and reflect the editorial judgement of spiritualx10. They are offered in good faith as a companion to the original text and are not presented as authoritative theological interpretation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, spiritualx10 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which may be zero).
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by ceasing to visit the website and deleting the app from your device.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
