Reporting a bug
To help us reproduce and fix an issue quickly, please include the following in your report:
- Device model (for example, iPhone 15 Pro)
- iOS version (Settings → General → About → Software Version)
- App version (Settings inside the SitaRam app, or on the App Store listing)
- A short description of what you did just before the issue happened
- What you expected, and what actually happened
- Screenshots or a screen recording if the issue is visual

Frequently asked questions
What is the SitaRam app?+
SitaRam is a companion iOS application to the spiritualx10 Rāmcaritamānas library. It is a quiet counter for daily chanting practice — with a lifetime tally, offline support, and iCloud sync. It is designed to disappear into your day, not demand attention.
Which devices are supported?+
SitaRam supports iPhone and iPad running iOS 15 or later. It is optimised for iOS 17 and above. The app is universal — buy once, use on all your Apple devices.
Is there an Android version?+
Not at this time. We are focused on making the iOS experience excellent before expanding to other platforms.
How do I back up my chant count?+
When signed in with your Apple ID, the app automatically syncs your lifetime count and history to iCloud. Your data is available on any device signed into the same Apple ID.
How do I delete my account and data?+
Email support@spiritualx10.com from the address associated with your account. We will confirm identity and permanently delete your data within 30 days.
Does the app collect personal data?+
Only what is necessary for the app to function — primarily anonymous usage counts and, if you sign in, an anonymous Apple identifier for iCloud sync. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can I use the app offline?+
Yes. Chanting counts, history, and the daily practice all work fully offline. Sync happens the next time you have a connection.
