Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies to the spiritualx10 website (spiritualx10.com) and the SitaRam iOS application published by spiritualx10 (together, the “Service”). It explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

Our default posture is minimalism: we would rather not hold data if we do not need it. Where you can use the Service without giving us information, we let you.

Information we collect

  • Account data (SitaRam app, optional). If you sign in with your Apple ID via Sign in with Apple, we receive an anonymous Apple user identifier and, if you choose to share it, your email address (which may itself be a private relay address).
  • Practice data (SitaRam app). Your lifetime chant count, daily counts, and session history. This is stored on-device and, if you are signed in, synced through your private iCloud container.
  • Support communications. When you email us or use a contact form, we receive the message and the email address it came from.
  • Contact form submissions. If you submit our contact form, we receive the fields you provide (name, email, subject, message) so we can reply.

Information we do NOT collect

  • We do not collect your real name unless you provide it voluntarily.
  • We do not collect your address, phone number, or precise location.
  • We do not read the content of what you chant, or associate any specific mantra with you.
  • We do not sell your data. We have never sold data and we will not.
  • We do not run advertising, and we do not embed any advertising tracking.

Analytics

The spiritualx10 website may use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics (for example page-view counts) to understand what people are reading. Any such analytics are anonymised and are not linked to any identifiable person.

The SitaRam iOS app uses only Apple’s standard, anonymous App Store performance metrics (crash reports and aggregate usage). We do not embed any third-party analytics SDK inside the app.

Authentication and login data

The SitaRam app supports Sign in with Apple. When you use it, Apple sends us an opaque, app-specific identifier. If you choose Apple’s “Hide My Email”, we only ever see the relay address. You can revoke this at any time in Settings → your Apple ID → Sign in with Apple.

Data storage

Practice data (chant counts, streaks, history) is stored on your device and — if you are signed in — in your own private iCloud container. spiritualx10 does not have direct access to that data.

Contact-form submissions and email correspondence are stored in our secure servers only for as long as we need to respond to and follow up on your enquiry.

Third-party services

  • Apple — provides Sign in with Apple, iCloud sync, App Store distribution, and crash analytics. Apple’s privacy policy governs their processing.
  • Hosting — the spiritualx10 website is hosted on standard cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit (TLS).

We do not embed advertising networks, social pixels, or third-party analytics SDKs.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Ask what data we hold about you
  • Correct any inaccurate data
  • Ask us to delete your data
  • Withdraw consent for optional processing at any time
  • Export any data you have contributed to us

Account and data deletion

To delete your account and any data associated with it, email support@spiritualx10.com with the subject line “Data deletion request” from the email you used to sign in.

We will confirm your identity and permanently delete your data within 30 days of confirmation. You may also delete the app from your device, which removes all local practice data immediately; iCloud data can be removed via iOS Settings → your Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Account Storage.

Children’s privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, will notify users through the app or website. The current version always lives at this URL.
