हरषे हेतु हेरि हर ही को। किय भूषन तिय भूषन ती को॥
नाम प्रभाउ जान सिव नीको। कालकूट फलु दीन्ह अमी को॥
haraṣe hetu heri hara hī ko, kiya bhūṣana tiya bhūṣana tī ko |
nāma prabhāu jāna siva nīko, kālakūṭa phalu dīnha amī ko ||
English Rendering
Delighted to know Śiva’s reason, Bhavānī made an ornament of what was already her ornament. Śiva knows the Name’s power well — Kālakūṭa itself yielded him the fruit of nectar.

शिव का हेतु देखकर भवानी हर्षित हुईं — और नाम को अपना श्रृंगार बना लिया, जो नारी का पहले से ही आभूषण था। शिव नाम का प्रभाव भली-भाँति जानते हैं — तभी उन्हें कालकूट (हलाहल विष) ने अमृत का फल दिया।
