English rendering

I bow to the name Rāma — the name of the noblest of the Raghus — which is the source of fire, sun, and moon; which is threefold as Brahmā, Viṣṇu, and Śiva; which is the Vedas’ own breath; which is beyond attribute and yet the treasure of every attribute.

Context — editorial

From the celebrated praise of the divine Name in Bāla Kāṇḍa. Tulsīdās will spend many verses insisting that the name of Rāma is greater even than Rāma himself — because the name can travel where the person cannot, and can be held in a devotee’s mouth long after any physical form has passed.
