English Rendering

The company of the saints, made all of joy and auspiciousness — is the moving Prayāga of this world, walking city to city. Devotion to Rāma is its Gaṅgā-current there; the spread of reflection on Brahman is its underground Sarasvatī.

Context — Editorial

Here begins the great extended metaphor: the community of saints as Prayāga. Prayāga is fixed; the saints move. Prayāga has three rivers; the saints have devotion, reflection, and — in the next stanza — the karma-stories that cleanse the age.
