sapanehũ sācehũ mohi para, jaũ hara gauri pasāu |
tau phura hou jo kaheũ, saba bhāṣā bhaniti prabhāu ||15||
English Rendering
If Hara and Gaurī are truly gracious to me — whether in dream or in waking — then let everything I have promised come true; such is the power of a composition in the everyday tongue.
Context — Editorial
The whole vandanā of Śiva-Pārvatī closes on the exact word bhāṣā-bhaniti — "composition in the everyday tongue." What the whole movement has been about is now openly named: the power lives not in Sanskrit or its rules, but in the language of the people, if grace attends it.
