आकर चारि लाख चौरासी। जाति जीव जल थल नभ बासी॥
सीय राममय सब जग जानी। करउँ प्रनाम जोरि जुग पानी॥
ākara cāri lākha caurāsī, jāti jīva jala thala nabha bāsī |
sīya rāmamaya saba jaga jānī, karaũ pranāma jori juga pānī ||
English Rendering
Four kinds of origin; eighty-four hundred thousand species; beings of water, of land, of sky. Knowing the whole world to be nothing but Sītā and Rāma — I bow to all of it, both hands joined.

चार प्रकार की उत्पत्ति (स्वेदज, अण्डज, पिण्डज, जरायुज) और चौरासी लाख योनियाँ — जल में, थल पर, आकाश में बसने वाले सब जीव। सारे जगत को सीता और राम से बना जान कर, मैं दोनों हाथ जोड़ कर उन्हें प्रणाम करता हूँ।
Context — Editorial
The famous “sīya-rāma-maya sab jaga jānī” verse, at last in its canonical position. Tulsīdās has just enumerated every category of being; now he collapses the enumeration into a single sentence. Every one of the 8.4 million species is Sītā-Rāma. There is nothing outside that identification for him to bow to — or to fear.
