बंदउँ चारिउ बेद, भव बारिधि बोहित सरिस।
जिन्हहि न सपनेहुँ खेद, बरनत रघुबर बिसद जसु॥14(ङ)॥
baṁdaũ cāriu beda, bhava bāridhi bohita sarisa |
jinhahi na sapanehũ kheda, baranata raghubara bisada jasu ||14(ṅa)||
English Rendering
I bow to the four Vedas — ships across the ocean of existence — who, describing Raghuvara’s spotless glory, know not even in dream what tiredness is.

चारों वेदों की वन्दना करता हूँ — जो संसार-सागर को पार करने के लिए जहाज़ के समान हैं; और जिन्हें श्रीरघुवर के विशद यश का वर्णन करते हुए स्वप्न में भी खेद नहीं होता।
Context — Editorial
The Vedas as ships is an old image; the fresh note is the second line — they never tire. Sarasvatī grew weary; the Vedas do not. The distinction is fine and considered.
